Dr. Seale is highly skilled in evaluating lameness and subclinical performance issues in both performance and pleasure horses. He combines gait analysis, flexion/stress evaluation, local anesthesia, radiology, and utrasonography to diagnose most causes of lameness and/or poor performance.
Garner Equine also offers referral MRI, Nuclear Scintigraphy, and radiology consultation by a board certified radiologist to further aid in diagnosis of certain lameness conditions. Once a diagnosis is established, we offer a wide array of therapeutic options to get your horse back to peak performance. These include, but are not limited to, routine joint injections, IRAP, PRP, extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), regenerative stem cell therapy, arthroscopic and soft tissue surgery, and customized rehabilitation plans that offer the safest route to a speedy and full recovery.
