Our dedicated radiology suite houses a powerful, ceiling-mounted GE high capacity X-ray generator and a smaller battery operated unit for mobile use that produces excellent diagnostic images. The suite contains a padded induction and recovery room so that special procedures such as myelograms and cervical spine series can be safely performed under general anesthesia. The suite also encompasses a large viewing window so that clients are able to view the procedures while all exposure to stray radiation is eliminated.
Pre-sale x-ray packages are available, either in-clinic or mobile (for multiple horses at a farm or training facility) for your convenience. Digital radiographs may be e-mailed or a CD made at owners request.
